Mr. Sun suffers from information overload and he’s doing something about it.

I try not to read, watch, listen, or participate in moronic back and forth chest-thumping sessions in which no real information or humanity is exchanged.

He’s also limiting his TV intake, cutting back on RSS and generally trying to get a handle on the information coming in. Sometimes less really is more and it’s a good bet that by curbing information intake you’ll actually feel more informed. At the very least you’ll probably not miss everything you cut.
